Morgan First Capital (JPMFC) acted as the joint lead underwriter and launched the RMB 2 billion, 7-year enterprise bond offering for Longquanyi State-owned Assets Investment and Management Co., Ltd. on May 28, 2014, and successfully completed the offering on June 4, 2014. The fixed rate bond (AA/AA) was priced at 6.90%.
