FCIB Acted as the Sole Sponsor and Sole Underwriter for Beijing Zhidemai Technology Co., Ltd.

Beijing Zhidemai Technology Co., Ltd. (300785.SZ), hereinafter referred to as ZDM, successfully completed the subscription session for its Initial Public Offering on July 3rd, 2019, and the newly-issued shares have been listed on the GEM Board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange since July 15th, 2019. FCIB acted as the sole sponsor and sole underwriter for the deal, which is also FCIB’s first A-share IPO in Internet industry.

ZDM mainly operates content-oriented shopping guide platform www.smzdm.com and its corresponding mobile client applications, providing information promotion services for e-commerce, brand, etc. After years of development, ZDM has become one of the leading content-oriented shopping platforms in terms of the number of domestic users and user activity, and the leader of China's e-commerce shopping guide market.

ZDM is the first share of e-commerce guided purchasing industry that landed on A-share market through IPO.
