JPMFC acted as the sole lead underwriter on RMB 1.8 Billion enterprise bond offering for zhengzhou transportation construction investment co., ltd

On 14th October 2013,J.P. Morgan First Capital (“JPMFC”) acted as the sole lead underwriter on the RMB 1.8 billion 7-year Enterprise Bond offering for Zhengzhou Transportation Construction Investment Co., Ltd (“the Issuer”). The deal was successfully closed on 16th October 2013.The fixed rate bond(AA+/AA+) was priced at 6.30%. 

This has been the largest enterprise bond offering under the regulation of National Development and Reform Commission(“NDRC”) with JPMFC performing as the sole lead underwriter. This transaction also further demonstrated our strong capability in enterprise bonds offering.
