FCIB successfully acted as sole lead underwriter on Corporate Bond Private Offering for Xinjiang Guanghui Industry Investment Group Co., Ltd.

First Capital Investment Banking (“FCIB”) acted as sole lead underwriter on the Corporate Bond Private Offering for Xinjiang Guanghui Industry Investment Group Co., Ltd. (“the Issuer”) and successfully completed the offering on September 5th, 2018. The bond was priced at 8.10% with issuance size RMB 500 million, which well met the Issuer’s expectation. The bond is expected to list on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
